5. For Inside Mount, you just need to measure the height and width in three different places, i.e., top, middle and bottom. As mentioned earlier, measure to the nearest 1/8 of an inch. For width, use the narrowest measurement, and for height, use the tallest measurement. Take no deductions.
6. For Outside Mount, you just need to measure the height and width in three different places, i.e., top, middle and bottom. As mentioned earlier, measure to the nearest 1/8 of an inch. For horizonal blinds, add 3 inches to the height and width measurements, and for vtertical blinds, 3 inches to the height measurements and 4 inches to the width. Take no deductions.
